This approach is commonly applied by elite athletes but can benefit all, regardless of ability and everyone should have access to it.

BvB strives to educate and inspire riders by encouraging them to challenge their preconceptions about themselves and sense of their limitations. Looking at our sport and our horses from a fresh angle with an open, enquiring mind and as a rider training horses with empathy to develop them to the best of their ability.
