Cara specializes in nervous system regulation, building confidence and cultivating a positive mindset. She has a passion for correct biomechanics and growing a lasting partnership between horse and rider. Cara is a USDF Gold, Silver and Bronze Medalist and multiple National Champion - all on self produced horses. She’s a USDF L Graduate, Certified Life, Yoga, Breath and Mindset Coach. Virtual lessons are valued at $150 for an hour.
