Heidi is an experienced and empathetic rider, trainer, and coach with decades of experience in honing horsemanship into daily protocols. Her strong background in Equine Science, national level competition, and classical dressage with modern applications have granted her the ability to successfully develop all levels of riders and breeds of horses. Her training philosophies begin with riding each horse for its mind, conformation, and experience level to improve their overall way of moving and psychical health. Using classical training principles, this can then progress into the training pyramid to move up the levels and perform movements in each test. She also puts a high focus on the relationship between horse and rider, including daily grooming, turnout, hand grazing, ground work, and other horse care aspects that develop trust that translates into the saddle. Currently based in Wellington, Florida, her students range from aspiring young riders with big dreams to amateurs looking to increase their confidence and enjoyment of their horse.
