Jan Němec is a Czech state-certified riding instructor and classical-baroque dressage trainer educated at the Kladruby national stud. He is the founder of JNCRA (Jan Němec Classical Riding Art) and works internationally as a clinician and educator in classical and baroque horsemanship, focusing on biomechanics, in-hand work, and systematic horse development up to haute école level.
