The Philosophy
I am a dressage trainer with many years of experience up to advanced level and the founder of Soulrider – Life Harmony & Equestrian Art.
My training starts with you – with your body, your balance, your alignment and the way you move. Because your horse responds to the changes that happen within you.
When you become more aware of your own body and begin to change the way you organize and use it, your horse receives different information. Your balance influences its balance. Your movement influences its movement.
This is where real change can begin: not by doing more or applying stronger aids, but by becoming more precise and conscious in your own body.
My aim is to help you understand and feel this connection, so that both you and your horse can find greater balance, ease and harmony in movement.
Riding & horsemanship becomes a subtle dialogue between two bodies.
