Training Philosophy

Molly emphasizes correct dressage education based on classical principles, tailoring each training program to the individual horse and rider. Her focus is on developing horses systematically from young prospects through Grand Prix while creating confident, balanced partnerships.

Professional Background

Molly began riding in Castle Rock, Washington, and developed her first horse, Donnerspiel, from a four-year-old through Grand Prix. She represented Region 6 at the North American Junior & Young Rider Championships (NAJYRC) in both the Junior and Young Rider divisions. After earning a degree in Business, Marketing, and Management from the University of Washington Bothell, she became assistant trainer to Brooke Voldbaek before founding MK Equestrian in 2021. She continues to train and coach from High Valley Stables in Oregon.
