The Philosophy
British dressage rider Stephen Hayes a competitor, coach and trainer within the dressage sport in Europe and the US, he is based year round in the USA at ‘Perfect Harmony’ NY and Wellington, Florida. He ridden to FEI level and has coached many riders to achieving their bronze, silver and gold medals.
Spanish Team rider Beatrice Ferrer-Salat is one of the many Olympic riders that Stephen Hayes has intensely trained with, also Vicki Thompson-Winfield an Olympic rider based in the UK.
The knowledge and experience Stephen has gained through riding and training with Olympic judges and riders is transferred onto his riders in a friendly, positive and simplistic way.
Stephen also conducts dressage clinics in the UK, Australia, New Zealand, Singapore, South Africa, Malaysia and Europe.
