I'm Allison, a nurse practitioner, certified holistic mind + body practitioner, ryt-200 yoga teacher, and lifelong horsewoman.

I grew up riding an Appaloosa pony bareback in the woods, transitioned to the hunter jumper world into my teens, deepened my horsemanship through natural horsemanship, and have chased hounds across the Irish countryside on fox hunts that remind me why we give our whole hearts to this sport.

In August 2024, I broke my sacrum in a horse fall. Getting back in the saddle wasn't just physical, it was the most intense mental and emotional work I have ever done. The fear was real. The thing I loved the most in the world shattered both my body and my heart. The grief was intense.

Every tool I teach I used on myself to find my way back to me, and my horses.

I don't coach from the outside. I coach from the other side.

I lead with science. I live with magic. After 35 years with horses, I'm convinced those two things can co-exist.
