An avid supporter of our equestrian sport, Jane works to develop her personal riding journey while running a busy yard. Jane has a team of young horses she has breed and started. Jane invests in the best coaching she can afford. Surrounding herself with focused professionals allows her to make her weaknesses her strengths. Jane believes that the road to improvement is making small and lasting gains quietly and gradually. Building each horse for its strengths, natural inclination and suitability for the job.

It’s the same with teaching. No matter the age, the journey is the same, “I teach for what’s in front of me”. My hope is that I am preparing every student in some way for the next coach and the journey ahead. In short no one owns a student and as a coach I want to build a toolbox for learning opportunities now and in the future.
