Michelle Young is a Dressage Naturally Licensed Instructor based in the Okanagan area of BC, Canada and offers lessons locally as well as traveling across BC and Canada to teach. Michelle also offers virtual support and lessons for those students who are further away. Whether you are a long term Dressage Naturally follower or just starting out, Michelle would love to support you!

Michelle has been teaching and training for over a decade. She has experience and knowledge with a wide range of horses and students. She specializes in helping you build a strong foundation and connection with your horse, as well as improving confidence and communication, both under saddle and in groundwork. She puts a high emphasis on healthy biomechanics, balance, and finding harmony in movement in all the lessons she gives. Michelle also has a lot of expertise in young horse handling and development.

Michelle empowers and inspires her students to be independent learners and to bring out their inner potential, to grow and to work through challenges. She breaks things down into small pieces that are easy for both you and your horse to understand and successfully learn.
